These terms govern use of the Sidearm Rescue service provided by Your LLC, LLC.
The service
We provide an automated missed-call response service for local service businesses. When a customer calls a participating business and the call is not answered, our system sends a single automated SMS reply inviting the customer to text back what they need; the customer's replies are forwarded to the business owner.
SMS / text messaging program
- Program description. Automated, transactional missed-call text-back and reply forwarding on behalf of participating businesses.
- How you opt in (consent). Consent is established when you place a phone call to a participating business. We do not purchase, rent, or message phone numbers without a prior inbound call from that number.
- Message frequency. Recurring as needed and transactional — typically a single automated reply per missed call, plus any conversational replies you exchange with the business.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you contact the business again.
- Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@example.com.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Your mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in or consent data with third parties for their marketing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes, or in any way that violates applicable telecommunications regulations.
Billing & cancellation (for subscribing businesses)
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and any setup fee is billed once at onboarding. There is no long-term contract; you may cancel at any time and service continues through the end of the paid period.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that every message is delivered, as delivery depends on carriers and factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior month.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
